  • Temporary dismissal changes require a written request prior to 1:00pm on the day of dismissal.  

    • Notifications can be made via this form or signed note. 

    • To ensure student safety we can not accept phone calls for dismissal changes. 

  • Please complete this form (long term dismissal plan) again if your plans change during the year


Early Dismissal can be requested via email to skylineoffice@pps.net.  Once you arrive please ring the front bell, the office will have you sign your student out and call them from class.  

We are unable to provide early dismiss students after 2:45 pm


*Your student's ID# can be found on a ParentVue under the Student Info section and is required to properly route information & requests to the proper dismissal staff.
