Marysville Message

Happy Lunar New Year. Thank you to Hang Jones, Mai Quan and our amazing students for organizing an incredible Lunar New Year Performance and Lion Dance for us this afternoon. The White Lotus Dragon and Lion Dance team gave us a thrilling performance and brought us much luck.

We are looking forward to continuing our joyful celebrations next week.

Our students have once again filled a bucket with Pawisitive Recognition Tickets for helpful school behavior, so every student will receive a special treat next week. We will have the Golden Pawsitive Ticket Celebration on Thursday 2/15.

At Marysville many classes also celebrate Friendship Day on 2/14. If your class is celebrating, please send enough for every student in the class and only wrapped treats. Any class celebrations will take place at the end of the day.

Hi! This is Audrey, former SUN Site Manager at Marysville. This spring I will be coaching a Marysville Girls on the Run team of 15 youth who identify as girls. This is a socio-emotional and strength-building SUN class for students 3-5th grade. I need at least one more volunteer who would be interested in co-coaching with me twice a week after school on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4-5:30pm.
